FREE SHIPPING

Free standard shipping is included on all orders within the United States.

PROCESSING TIMES

Each My Travel Jacket™ is individually hand-finished and customized. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing and preparation before your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped via major carriers, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States. Additional shipping destinations may be added in the future.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

My Travel Jacket™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and item received.
