At My Travel Jacket™, each jacket is hand-finished and prepared to order.

Because each jacket is individually hand-bleached and finished by hand, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Preference changes after purchase
• Variations in bleach patterns or hand-finished details

Every My Travel Jacket™ is individually finished, making each piece one of a kind. Slight variations in color, bleach pattern, and finish are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart carefully before placing an order. If you have questions about sizing, please contact us before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Photos of the packaging

All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
